Man, this is so ongoing problem that i have since i purchased this.

Try the Resolution at http://support.microsoft.com/kb/321497, delete everything in the folder C:\Users\Jay\AppData\Local\Logos4\Data\gshcbtsn.4rn\UpdateManager\Installers and try the update again.
If that does not work consider installing using Method 2 (fast) or Method 3 at http://wiki.logos.com/Quick_Installation_onto_multiple_computers, but backup first and do a complete uninstall, deleting the Logos4 folder.
