Citation missing author for A Survey of the OT

Hi there 

I am using the copy citation option from the info section of A Survey of the OT by Hill & Walton, however as you can see from the attached screenshot only Hill is included in the citation as author thus excluding Walton. Is this a problem with the book metadata or something I am doing wrong?
