I don't know if I am the only one or not but it is taking forever for Alpha 16 to prepare my library. It has already been 2 hours. Is this a known issue or do anyone know of a fix?
It could be that your indexer has crashed. If you look at the FAQ link in my signature, item #6 will point you to a thread on how to post your logs.
If you post your logs I can take a look and see if there's a problem.

My app won't even open anymore. All I get since downloading 16 is a small grey box that says, "Preparing Your Library: This might take awhile. . . .
So far it's been cycling for over two hours with no break.
Same problem here. would love to report this problem, but man that's a lot of steps to take to report it. Just know that at least one other person is waiting for this bug to be fixed.
You are not alone. Does anyone know if the next auto update will walk the system through the necessary steps to fix this?
Got the same exact issue..waited 2 hours yesterday and nothing. Hoping a fix is sent out soon.

I am having the same problem. It has been saying "Preparing my library" for over 12 hours, and still nothing. Someone suggested updating my Logos software. How can I do that manually? Any other possible solutions to this???
