Figures of Spech Dataset
If you click on the Greek word in Revelation 20:6 for "blessed" or "Happy" you will get some Figures of Speech information. But it does not seem that there is a good way to run a search on that label. I have created a collection for Bullingers Figures of Speech and I ran the label for that figure of speech and it came up with no results. It would seem to me that if that dataset is Bullinger, then I should be able to run the search label in Bullinger's book to find out what that figure of speech means, but I get no results.
Am I doing something wrong?

The dataset is based on figures of speech that occur in the bible, so you will not get results outside of bibles. The organization of Bullinger's book is typical of 19th century thought, but it can be searched by Heading Text e.g. for Benedictio (blessing), for Hendiatris (three for one).

If you want to know what Bullinger means then you have to read the book https://www.logos.com/product/1951/figures-of-speech-used-in-the-bible-explained-and-illustrated. You can run a search for other instance of the category Bullinger uses through the right-click menu, but the results will be in no way complete. The data for the Figures of Speech are simply the examples that Bullinger lists in his book.
If you would like a more comprehensive data set that explains the meaning of language in the Bible, I would suggest that you utilize the Lexham Figurative Language Data-Set https://ref.ly/logosres/lxfiglanggloss;art=title and the Lexham Speech-Act Type Data-Set https://ref.ly/logosres/cidbdocspeechact;art=art2.

I have that title in my library, but I should be able to click on the figure of speech in the context menu and be able to search from there Bullinger's work, but you cannot. Sort of contradicts the purpose of the context menu by not allowing you to search the information from there. Such a suggestion for future releases.

You should be able to search this resource. In this passage there are several different labels from Bullinger's Figure of Speech, if you select 1 of them then you should be able to use the "search this resource." Can you post a screen shot of your search?

I am in Romans 9:18 on the word "mercy". I right click on the word "mercy" and find "figures of speech" in the context menu. And there is no way to search Bullinger's work. Even if I have the resource open, which I usually do not, and I tell it to search all open resources, it does not find Bullinger. The above search result is the Bullinger open as one of my resources and I told Logos to search all open resources and it did not return anything for Bullinger. I beleive the problem is with the label. Bullinger and Logos does not understand that label.

The search doesn't work for Bullinger's book. It searches the bible for the annotations that Bullinger has created.
If you want to search within the Bullinger resource then you will be limited to keyword search with ctrl + f in the resource window.

I am aware of what you are saying but that limits the context menu too much. And even if I search all open resources with Bullinger open, which is the screen shot that I provided, it still will not find Bullinger. Why?
If that label is in Bullinger and I have Bullinger open and I tell it to search all open resources, it should find it. However, I do not keep Bullinger open (and I should not have to) the context menu should be made to be smart enough to know that the label is from Bullinger and search that resource.
Even if I copy and paste the label from the context menu an the use the crtl F feature within Bullinger, it still does not find it. It comes back with 0 hits, which is why I say the problem is partially contained within the label, because the ctrl F does not work either.

That label is not an annotation on Bullinger's book. It was created to find data that has been annotated on the biblical text. The label only exists as a data point on bible resources.
If you want to search the Bullinger resource, you will need to search for the headings that are used in the resource. You could use the concordance tool to create an index for all of the headings in Bullinger, that way you don't have to manually scroll to the heading you're interested in. https://www.logos.com/product/51523/concordance-tool

There is a resource available in Logos titled The New Treasury of Scripture Knowledge. If you have that resource, turning to Revelation 20:6 you will find I give Bullinger's designation for the Figure, with a reference to Deuteronomy 28:3, where I name the figure, and refer to Bullinger's work, page 919.
I also provide a listing at Dt 28:3 of where the figure is found elsewhere in the Bible:
