Is that similar to this Logos book

If you're talking about the NIV Cultural Backgrounds Study Bible, the only NIV study bible that FL offers is their NIV Faithlife Study Bible.

Zondervan offers many different types of study bibles (e.g. life application, quest, leadership, spiritual renewal, first century, understanding the faith, etc.), but I doubt any of them would ever come to Logos.

The digital editions of their study bibles often go on sale (for $5, if I recall correctly), if you want one on a Kindle, iPad, etc.

Maybe the NT portion of it - but only to a certain extent.

The Zondervan Cultural Background Study Bible is authored/edited by two individuals, Craig Keener (NT) and John Walton (OT). Both have authored the respective works in the IVP Bible backgound commentary (John Walton: https://www.logos.com/product/18658/ivp-bible-background-commentary-old-testament in 2000, Craig Keener the one you linked to in 1993). Both of those commentaries are rather concise (around 850 pages each, according to Logos.com) and sometimes read more like study bibles.

However: Looking into some arbitrary locations from Genesis and Matthew that are available from Zondervan's website or in pictures with other reviews on the web, the notes seem to sometimes address the same topics, sometimes not, but even when they did, the wording usually was quite different. This makes sense given the time that has gone by and the fact that it is a different publisher: I think it is less likely that Zondervan just repackaged IVP-published work for this study bible - but there may be some overlap due to the same authors being involved.

In a review of the book I found online it was noted that the OT portions seem to be condensed versions of the respective entries in the Zondervan Bible Backgrounds Commentary (which is a rather recent work, was edited by John Walton and published with he same publisher, Zondervan). I can't speak to that at all, though.
