I was surprised to discover that a Morph Query search of the Greek surface text is case sensitive. A search for τοῦ will not find this word if it is at the start of a sentence or direct quotation and thus is capitalized (Τοῦ). This is inconsistent with how Logos behaves in command line searches of the Greek New Testament.
I don't see what advantage case sensitivity has for this type of search. It is more time consuming to have to enter the full morphology (in this example, article, genitive, singular, neuter/masculine)
