Logos 3 Notes Import Causes Severe Speed Issues with Commentary and Bible Opening

I started with a problem:
It seems that recently (since version 4b came out I think) that
opening up commentaries (I normally do it from the passage guide) is
taking much longer - about 20 seconds for each previously unopened
commentary. Also when I try using the left/right arrow to switch
commentaries it also takes 20 seconds or so to switch. Before this I
was getting performance similar to Logos 3 when I switched between
commentaries.
I also realized that the same was happening when opening or switching Bibles, yet other books opened the same as always (almost instantaneously).
After posting this problem http://community.logos.com/forums/p/14052/108460.aspx#108460, I got several responses that made me suspect it may be due to my importing my Logos 3 Notes, etc into Logos 4.
So I did a test. I found the folder where the notes are kept (on my machine its \Program
Files\Logos4\Documents\ws5lvjki.xoh\Documents\Notes) and I renamed the
folder without deleting its contents. Then I created a new empty Notes Folder. When I restarted
Logos 4 it crashed the first time. The second time it opened normally
and ALL MY PROBLEMS WERE GONE! Commentaries opened almost immediately again and I could change
Bibles and Commentaries with the Forward/Back arrows without any hesitation.
In fact I noticed a quicker program opening time as well (maybe that's because two commentaries are part of my normal layout).
CONCLUSION: There is a problem with importing Notes!
I hope this can be corrected. Or if someone knows something I don't know about making them work without bogging down the program, please let me know.
