Hi, I've purchased the Logos4 Mac & Leaders Library and chosen the download option. After a couple of failed attempts in getting my resources downloaded, I've managed to get them all onto my hard drive. Now Logos4 does nothing. I've spent some time trying to get it to index, but nothing is happening. Restarting the application, running the 'rebuild index' command, restarting my MBP, all to no avail. A scan of the logs indicates some sort of problem, and I'd appreciate your help. I've included a 'Logos4Indexer<other numbers>.crash' file (found quite a few of these...) in the archive.zip of log files.
I've looked in my /Users/<your_user_name>/Library/Application Support/Logos4/Data/<some_other_id>/ResourceManager/Resources folder and there are no files in it, let alone any with with the extension .lbxclv.
I was also wondering what option I have to organise access to the 33 books in the package I purchased that are not available for download. I noticed these when looking at my order and my unlocks. They are tagged '(No downloadable files for resource)'. Is it possible to organise for a DVD to be sent to me…?
