I'm creating my own Study Bible. What I'd like to do is annotate certain words inside my Note Document. What I envision is having a superscript hyperlinked numeral link to the resource and the text I select. Is this possible?

You can, of course, copy the location of text in a resource by creating a URL reference (highlight the text, then hit CTRL+ALT+C on the PC) and then from that create a hyperlink in Note files (highlight the Note file text, in your case, a superscript numeral, then click on the links icon and paste in the URL you've copied from the resource). The link created will then jump to the resource and to the first word of the hyperlinked text (in fact you really only need to create a hyperlink to that first word for this reason).
Is this what you are looking for?
Mark,
Thank you. It does work almost as I had hoped. However, the pop-up can't be selected to reveal the hyperlink as I had hoped for but it does work inside the Note Document which is an improvement over my work-around to copy-paste the selected text and number each footnote.

The pop-up should show the text, but it will not show only the text you highlighted. This is a long-standing limitation in creating hyperlinked locations in resources. They get you to the location of the start of the text, that's all.
