Is it already on Logos or pre-pub? If not it looks interesting as usual. Just picked it up used.
Searched around the site but could not find mention of it.
Another book I will not have the desire to read but due to the certain heresy it will contain will have to.
Is it already on Logos or pre-pub?
No - its not currently available but I would be very interested if it was!
+1
God deliver us from Pharisees who post reactions like this! Mind made up in advance. Condemnation without grace or understanding. A huge contrast to Tom Wright's own gracious attitude towards those of different views. Grant us all grace, Lord!

Pharisees uniquely had their minds made up?I thought their issue was acting (words vs behavior). Condemnation without grace is another one, hard to find in the original text.
It is just what I have come to expect and learned to look past.
i'd like to see this as well
So we are getting a pre-pub on Tom Wright's new book which isn't published yet (The NT in its world) but some of his old books remain unavailable.
I don't get it...

Just finished reading it. It made me think. A lot. He always makes me think--a good thing.
Everything I have of Wright in Logos is published by SPCK or Fortress Press (I don't have all of his stuff in Logos though, but briefly skimming the store page turned up the same). The Day the Revolution Began is published by HarperOne.
