Just loaded L7 Basic on wife's PC and now the NASB 1995 now has an interlinear look. Not sure what is going on. I had previously purchased NASB 1995 for her, but now it appears vastly different.
Is this likely a L7 Basic issue?
Can you disable the interlinear options?
No.

As Graham suggested, you probably just have the interlinear turned on. Click the visual filter menu for that resource (three circles) and make the selections you want.
The NASB Interlinear does not come with L7 Basic, but it may have come with an earlier version Library/Crossgrade. A screen shot would help describe "interlinear look".
In this thread someone reported reverse interlinears dropping into his Logos 7 installation unexpectedly. I paid enough attention to notify my Logos 7 Basic son who also owns other Logos bibles to check it out.
PS: I've just noticed something very interesting: When Logos Basic came out, I set up a second account to assist friends who might evaluate it. In addition to Basic resources, I bought ESV, NASB, and NIV ($9.99 ea). I just checked that alternate Logos installation, and the reverse interlinear resources for those three versions just dropped into the library. Not only those, but also RIs for bibles which thè alt account has not purchased. I wonder what this means?

Faithlife usually package reverse interlinear (RI) datasets in Feature Sets without the associated bibles, so I have a number of RI's without a bible! Perhaps some came for an extended visit with Basic!?
Faceplant City! I am so sorry to waste everyone's time. It was the inline interlinear being switched on... I feel like a goof. I should have known better. I am not saying my wife did it! No, really I am not saying that...

With/without morphological data showing?
