Is there a way to list what resources are not able to viewed on my tablet?

My Logos library on my Kindle Fire has 12430 resources, whereas my desktop has 13007.

This is a difference of 577. I know I have 97 personal books and an additional 299 are from the Biblical Archaeology Society. This leaves 181 unknown resources that I can use on my desktop, but not on my Kindle Fire. Is there any way to know what these are?

I type something like this into the "Find" box in the library:

* -device:"My Kindle Fire HDX"

where "My Kindle Fire HDX" is the name of your device. Is that what you're looking for?

That would show which resources are not downloaded to the device, but not which ones aren't mobile enabled.

I see. Well, would this work?

1. Tag all current resources that ARE on the device with something to mark them as such. (Something like "MobileDL".)

2. Then, select all resources in the library.

3. Then, in the Resource Information panel, under the "Devices" section, click the tablet's device name to download everything to the tablet, preferably without having the device actually running the mobile app. This should put everything on the tablet that is able to go on the tablet.

4. Then, use the filter I suggested in the earlier post to show which resources are not on the tablet.

5. Export that list or do whatever you need to in order to get the info you're after.

6. To restore everything, take everything off the tablet except the things that were given the tag in step 1.

In theory, it seems like it ought to work if step 3 doesn't internally flag resources as on the device when, in fact, they aren't.

As well as other comments consider the fact that things like interactive will show up in your resource count but not download to a mobile device, so you need to subtract these from your desktop resource count.

Question: do you have ALL of your available resources downloaded to your Fire or just the few that you want mobile?

To see how many resources are loaded on the mobile type local: into the library find window.
To see how many resources can be loaded on the mobile just leave the library find window blank.

Will only work if the count in the library find window when blank is the same as with local: [see above]

Question: are datasets loadable on mobile devices?

2) What has changed since the last time it worked?

3) Xfinity is a Comcast brand so have you tried calling your local Comcast office for help?

Other then coming up with questions that you might want to ask this forum will not be much help on getting to the internet.

Interesting .... someone is getting pretty creative. Maybe they could write an essay too. In time, it'll be harder to detect.
