I have times (more often than not) that I get an error massage that says LOGOS NOT RESPONDING. Please advise.

You don't have logos.log files, which would be needed to assess the problem. Please enable logging. See my signature line for instructions.

This can happen in a number of situations. In addition to including your recent log files also state what you were doing at the time the message arose.
