According to the PRODUCT PAGE:
I know, but it's not working. When i highlight a work and click on factbook, there is no option to pronounce the city or name etc.
Sean Boisen discusses this at https://community.logos.com/forums/p/133150/865870.aspx#865870 - not all words are included. As he says you can search the Pronunciation Tool to find what is included.
I have checked and there is an audio icon for "Paul" for example. Can you check and see if you see one for that entry?
In that thread, Sean gives the alternate suggestion of opening the pronunciation tool. I have never used that, but it provides an easier way to get there if you aren't wanting to open multiple facebook pages.
