When I type "Abraham" in the passage selection field of the Bible search, I obtain a list of events from Abraham's life, but I do not have an option to select the whole of his life. To that end, I think it would useful to add to the options the various biographical "cycles" found in the Scriptures (at least the Patriarchs, Samuel, Saul, David, Elijah and Elisha). So, when I type "Abraham," I would like one of the options to be "The Abraham Cycle" (Genesis 11:10-25:10).
NB: I do not unreservedly subscribe to this use of the term "cycle" but it is the current prevailing convention and it would work for the above purpose. The Tooman literary scheme uses "saga" although this term may be more difficult for many users to relate to and has problems of its own. But I guess it could work as well. I have the impression, however, that the term "cycle" is more widely used (incl. by the Lexham dictionary) than "saga" to refer to these segments of Scripture.
