Trying to get my concordance tool to work, but each time I try use it, it takes some time and then displays "Unable to generate concordance".
Can someone please tell me how to fix this?

Can you tell me what resource you are trying to create a Concordance from? If you could enable logging (see the link in my signature for instructions), reproduce the issue with the Concordance Tool and the upload your logs here.
This will help us diagnose the problem.
Which log file do you want me to upload or do you want the entire directory?
You'll want to zip the entire log folder (again see the link in my signature called Diagnostic Logging) and upload the Zipped folder.

I was able to reproduce this issue, and I'll get a case written up.
Thank you... how do I solve it? I see another post from August of last year that had the same problem. Looks like this is a bug that has been going on for some time.
