I was surprised today not to find such a theme even though it is such an important one that is found in various parts of the Bible. For instance, the nearest theme that I can find to it in Psalm 77:16–20 is "redemption" but although there is some overlap, it is not a good substitute for it. For instance, searching the Psalms for this theme (my initial goal was to find references to the Exodus in the Psalms), produces the whole of Psalm 19 presumably because it ends with a reference to YHWH as redeemer (Ps 19:14).
I tried typing "Exodus" in the search field to see what suggestions are made and found none that was really helpful in finding passages that refer to the event. Perhaps I am missing something?
Of course, I conceive that some may not think that "Exodus" is a preaching theme. But although one perhaps may not think of it in that connection, I cannot see any reason why it could not / should not be.
