The log has no details of Home Page access, so ensure logging is enabled if the problem continues.
Do you startup to Homepage? Can you still work in Logos when this happens?

Does this only happen when you first launch the app? Does it happen every time you open the home page?
Do I startup to Homepage? Yes. I always start there.
Can I still work in Logos when this happens? (It always happens since a few days ago.) I went to Logos Settings and turned all the content off. So it looks weird, but no problem.
I don't know what to say about previously enabling logging--the folder was there, so I thought the contents would be useful. But I downloaded the Java script a few minutes ago that is supposed to enable logging, and I ran it. FWIW.
Hi, Philana. This happens whenever I go to the home screen. Which is a lot: I read a lot of reading plans, then close all windows, which returns me to the home screen.

Could you reproduce the issue and upload your new logs? If they do not give us any information then the next step would be for you to connect with Customer Service so they can see if there is something else going on.

I'm not able to reproduce this, I think the best thing is to connect with Customer Service, they can take a closer look at your system.
