Hi,

Can anybody please help me?

I purchased the 3 books on offer this month and they have downloaded OK to my iPad. However, I am having no joy at all in getting them to download onto my WIndows laptop.

I have re-started both the Laptop and Logos a couple of times but the new books are not coming down. I have also tried running the command update resources. When I do it appears to download updates but after the bar has run across the screen nothing else happens.

Hi again,

Think I may just have solved the problem. I had failed to notice that what the programme was trying to update was not the books that I ordered but Logos itself. For some reason it would not update from 7.5 to 7.6. I have now uninstalled Logos and am re-installing to 7.6 which appears to be going through O.K. Hopefully, when it has finished, my new books will be there!
