Does anyone know why "sons" (υἱός) in Eph 4.9 is listed under LN 4.9 indicating that they are Semantically Animals?
As per the title I think you mean Eph 5:6 here.
And I think it is simply a bug / mis-tagging. I suggest you report using the "Report Typo" function - scroll down the lefthand side of the context menu until you find it.
