Error message when signing into logos while using vpn

Hi! I am using a home vpn but whenever I try to sign into my logos software, I get the following error message (see logs below). I had to turn off my vpn just to download the software in the first place and now that I have turned the vpn back on, this is what happens: 1680.LogosError.log

Hello Aggie! We're sorry for the trouble. It looks like your VPN connection goes through a proxy which is requesting access from Logos. Hi Brandyn, I'm not sure if you got my previous reply. Thanks for your solution! However, when I followed the directions you gave me, a new problem appeared. Now, my logos software won't load. When I try to open the software, the Faithlife logo appears and then it disappears and then nothing. The program doesn't give me an error message, it simply vanishes without loading. even though this is posted in the mobile forum I think it's a Logos 7 issue so I don't think other apps are an option

Would you be able to post new logs? We can see any of the new errors/problems with those. It's possible that the VPN being used simply does not have the ports open that Logos requires to sign-in and operate.

Looks like they only support http proxy, not https.
