Is there a way to center the text in visual copy?
It depends on the formatting on the slide. Some are centred, some are not.
If you want to be able to edit the slides, you can download Proclaim for free, and send the slide to Proclaim — but that may or may not be worth the hassle to you.
Wouldn't you have to pay for Proclaim after thirty days to still be able to do this?
No.
You can continue to use Proclaim to edit and export slides after the 30 days free trial, you just can't use it 'on air'.
