Registering Logos 3 (after installing Logos 4)

A few days ago, I received an e-mail from Thomas Nelson for a highly discounted set of books in Logos 3 (Libronix) format. Figured they'd be easy to install and transfer to 4.0. Unfortantely, I can't get past the Account Management screen. Just to make sure, I logged on and made sure I had my Customer ID right, and I've used the code on the back of the case. So now what? I hate to think I bought a pig in a poke!

Did you receive the CD from Nelson already? And have you inputted the installation code from them?

If so, can you actually open the books in Libronix? If not, you may have to resolve this with Nelson.

After you are able to fully install and use these resources, synchronize your accounts with Logos and the resources should become available in L4 (though it sometimes takes a while for the updated license to be populated to the correct server).
