I know this has been asked before but I cannot find a solution ... how do I list the tags that I have used within clippings? (i.e. not resource level library tags).

You can perform a Basic Search of Your Documents with the wildcard asterisk (*) in "My Tag", rather than "All Text". But you have to manually list the tags.
