Visual Copy?

I see that Visual Copy was removed from LOGOS 7:

Visual Copy remains in version 6 only. It is replaced in version 7 by the Media tool, which also incorporates the Media Browser available as part of a Logos Now membership. Upgrade to Logos 7 today.

Since I only upgraded to LOGOS 7 BASIC, does this mean I have lost the functionality of Visual Copy?

This is not a major problem because I can copy the text over to a power point slide easily enough, but was surprised by the lost functionality - if that is the case. I thought that the basic rule was if I purchased some feature of LOGOS, I would retain it as I upgraded. Is LOGOS backing away from this commitment?

No - Visual Copy is still available in the context menu but - when accessed - it will take you into the Media tool.

This works with Logos 7 Basic.

I saw this last night, but the media tool just had a spinning wheel. Never went any where. That was when I went to the help page and saw the above information. I may need to call customer service when I get back to the computer.

There have been some network problems which were causing these types of issues - worth checking to see whether it is now working properly when you get the chance

I will, of course, try this again before calling support and after a computer restart. But this problem occurred late last night, long after the all clear was given.

Hey Floyd! We're terribly sorry to hear about the difficulties. If this issue does re-occur, would you be able to try it using different backgrounds/media, or possibly different passages/verses? It might be related to either of the two and not a networking issue.

If it's happening with one media item/type/series , please let us know which so we may take a closer look. If it's happening on everything, diagnostic logs may help us look into what is happening instead. In both cases please include the verse/passage in question as well.
