Account Cleanup for Monthly to Annual Switchers

Is there a way someone can go into my Logos account and clean it up and remove the "Logos Now Monthly" active subscription so it only shows "Logos Now Annual" on my subscription? This is really confusing.

Worse case scenario is you could disable auto-renew on it and let it all cancel out October 25, then I can add a reminder to call my sales rep October 25 and re-signup for annual. I'd just like this cleaned up in my account so I don't keep thinking I have two Logos Now subscriptions when I look at it. :-)

Hey Nathan! A good question to be sure. The way the licenses work is that they're viewed as the same license for the same product. Due to having opened an Annual subscription while having a Monthly subscription already active, the subscriptions instead of acting as separate entities, pool their time together. What this means is that as long as the annual subscription is active, the monthly will remain there.

The solution you presented would work in allowing you to start a new sub and only having the one individual Annual subscription display on that page, however that would need to wait until the subscription expires naturally due to the pooled subscription being active for less than 12 months. We would not be able to force it at this point due to the changes requiring a monthly subscription to set the time back to what it currently is. We're terribly sorry for the inconvenience.
