I just got an email promoting this video but it's unavailable in my country - do you think the email system could be improved to prevent this happening in future? It's a bit of a slap in the face!
A Google search will show where it's available.

Same thing with a Genesis video last month, FL has no respect for its international customers, this sort of thing has been going on for a long time with them and they make no effort to stop it happening. It's a major problem on the Vyrso site and you just get a cryptic message their is a problem with the shopping cart they are trying to fix - which is a lie, it's not a problem they are fixing, it's a book you are trying to purchase but iis not available in your country. I ago lost faith in FL to get this right, all they are interested in is pushing marketing in your face even if you cant purchase the product or already own the product they still want to tell you about it.
I totally get that titles will be unavailable, and while I wish a warning was prominent, I'd still want to see them listed on the site so I know a products is unavailable for specific licensing reasons rather than because they haven't got around to adding it at all.
It's just getting an email specifically advertising a product that I can't get that bothers me!
I agree James, i don't want to be emailed about something I can't purchase, and if I see such an item on any FL website I want it to be clear I can't purcbase it and why, and preferably I don't want emails telling me about products I aready own.

A VPN should solve your overseas problems. Many allow you to choose the country that your traffic funnels through. Do some online homework and pick one that serves your need.
I believe the issue in this case is which country we have associated with our Faithlife account details. And so I don't think using a VPN will help with that. If I have misunderstood please advise
