Now Coupon and Birthday Coupon

It doesn't appear that I can combine the Now Coupon with my Birthday Coupon.  The item I'm attempting to purchase is over $500 but when I type in the Birthday Coupon it doesn't have any affect.

Does that sound right?  (Thought I had used more than one coupon in the past.)

That was my experience the last time I tried to use more than one coupon. I called a sales rep and they took care of it for me. Reps are good. Coupons are good. Sometimes they work together.
