Atlas

I was wanting to look more closely at the locations mentioned in 1 Peter 1:1 in the Atlas, but surprisingly, the only location in all of modern Turkey that is shown is Ephesus! I had chosen "Biblical World - Early Church" from the sidebar. I also tried a few other options from the sidebar, but couldn't get anything very close to what I was looking for.

Is there a reason that not all of the Biblical sites are shown in the Atlas?

You can access some of them by selecting the word (e.g., "Asia"), right-clicking, finding where in the context menu right pane it is referred to as "place", clicking on that, and then going to Atlas in the left pane.

But having done that for each place, I found that only half of them were accessible in that way, which seems strange. I have no better success in typing "Bithynia" directly into the search field of the Atlas.

There's a problem there it seems.

The atlas ever since it was released as a part of Logos 6 has been a work in progress, it has never really been complete, and to my understanding the are working on a new approach to it, first being tested via the web app before it is rolled out via the desktop app. In terms of completeness of the maps it is a case of how long is a piece of string in terms of being able to find everything you want to find via the atlas tool, and in some instances you need to look in your traditional atlas resources and the old biblical places maps that came with Logos 5 and earlier if you had ownership back in those days.
