Trouble indexing

I bought a new Dell computer a couple months ago. These are the specs:

Windows 7 64 bit
I am having severe trouble with blue screen crashes occurring when Logos 4 is trying to index. When I stop the indexing, the problem does not occur. Here is the error message given:
'Display driver stopped responding and has recovered'
Please tell me how to upload a log file if this will help.
I'm very frustrated. New computer and seriously lagging performance while indexing.
Thanks, Valerie

Sounds like your display driver is crashing. I would upgrade to the latest version of your display driver. Sometimes even brand new machines don't have the latest drivers on them.

I did that and no go. I even had Dell on the line about it. And it only happens while Logos is indexing.

Here's how to turn on diagnostic logging: http://wiki.logos.com/Diagnostic_Logging
Once you've done that, restart Logos and allow it to start up indexing again, until you get the error message. Pause indexing and close Logos.
Now here's how to upload the log files that will have been generated: http://wiki.logos.com/Uploading_Logs

Thank you Rosie. Because I turned on logging, the indexing happened without a hitch! LOL...I was waiting for it to happen again and it didn't. If it happens on my next episode of indexing I will log it.
