Resources Missing on New Install

Greetings all, after searching the forums for the last day or two I decided it was time to post.

First off, I am using a 2009 Macbook Pro on OSX 10.6.2.

Two days ago I purchased Bible Study Library and then installed via the web and let it download 4.4GB of data. I then left it overnight to index but then after opening the program I find that none of the resources that are tied to this particular Library are showing up.

Thinking I may have messed something up I completely removed Logos 4 from my machine, and then reinstalled and tried again with the same result.

Maybe I have missed something here on the forum, but how can I get Logos 4 to recognize all the books / resources / maps / etc (at least those working on the Mac at the moment) tied to my account? Am I doing something wrong here? I have run 'update now' and 'update resources' hoping to force the issue but that doesn't seem to work for me either. I have to imagine that since it downloaded over 4GB that they are there somewhere, but for some reason are not showing up.

Has anyone had this issue before or an idea about what I can do to update my system with the resources tied to my account / the Bible Study Library?

Attached are the logs, in case they are a help.

Thanks so much all and blessings,

Scott

Try manually downloading again from www.logos.com/logos4mac and dragging the "Logos Bible Software 4" icon to your /Applications folder.

That should get you Alpha 16a which fixes the problem you're seeing.
