I seem to recall a recent posting showing how to turn off the note markers of a particular note file in all Bibles, but I cannot seem to find it. I'm looking for something that one un-checks in a similar way to the way I un-check the visual filters in a resource (in this case a Bible) so that the little boxes at the verse references don't show but globally, rather than one resource at a time.
