Logos 7 is crashing every few minutes for seemingly random reasons. I "repaired" Logos from the Control Panel, but the crashes keep coming.
I'm running the latest Logos 7 and Windows 10 (no betas).
Any suggestions?
Philip, we'd need log files to be of any help. Please follow the directions to enable permanent logging, then recreate the problem, and .zip the files and attach them to a follow-up post.
Hope I got this; I should have remembered about the log files.
1. Logos is crashing randomly (?).
2. ESV reading plans do not show Start and Done tags like usual. (But this is also in my Android app.)

The Error log shows two recent crashes, both for different reasons, so random seems like a good description of the crashes. I think one of the Faithlife folks will need to look in on this problem and offer some help. Hopefully after they get back to work tomorrow, one of them will respond.

I'm sorry this is happening. The Logos.log file does not record a crash. The crash log blames your index, so it's possible that you're preforming tasks trying to access parts of the index that are bad. I'd try re-indexing your library overnight. The troubleshooting section here should help you with this.
