[BUG] Edit Forum Profile Not Working (signature in particular)

A few months ago I tried to edit my signature for my forum profile and it didn't work. I thought maybe it was just a glitch. But I tried again today to no avail. I know it sometimes takes a couple days to update, but after waiting 8 hours, when I hit "edit" again (on the top of the forum page) and got into the edit page, my signature (in the edit page's text box) had not changed from the one I originally had.

Is this just a bug? Has anyone else dealt with this?

I happen to be using safari as my browser if that makes any difference.

The next time you try the changes, after you click the save button, check the top of the page for a message about exceeding the character count limit. There's not much fanfare, and the message might not get your attention easily. Also, if you have a link in your sig, it adds to the count, and it isn't easy to know by how much.
