Still time to get in on this and bring the price down further

Amen, thanks be to God.
Please don't wait for the price to drop before placing a bid.
The more successful bids we get now, the more the price will drop, which will bring even more people on board.
Help with the momentum now, to reach $65 or less!
Why do I get the feeling that we will get an email saying they miss calculated the price like they've done in the past when a CP produc is supposed to close, but it doesn't. This was supposed to close last Friday and something doesn't feel right, even though everyone is excited that they have more time to "bring the price down." Maybe I'm just being paranoid.

Maybe I'm just being paranoid.
This might be the case. [;)]
This has been an unusual CP. At one point, it was not 100% funded at any price point within 48 hours of its original closing. I suspect that criteria either caused the system or FL to delay the closing.
But I haven't been around as long as many of you, and that's just a guess.
This might only need 1 bid at 70.00 to go over. The dot is on the line but not...
NT362 is closing tomorrow.
It looks like this CP might close at $70. If you think that's a good price, but haven't placed a successful bid, please bid before 12PM (PST) tomorrow to get $70 over the line!
$70!!!
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!!! Do not lower your bids. It serves no purpose at this time, other than to make the resource less valuable to others.
I wonder when this resource will really close. It's almost a week overdue.
Tomorrow noon (PST), for certain. Don't miss out on this last chance to get this course for $70, before the Pre-Pub price increase.
Current price is now $70. Bidding for this 15-hour course closes in 20 hours.
Please make sure you've placed a successful bid, if you want to lock in this CP price before it enters Pre-Pub.
(Any bid above $70 is also a bid for $70. You'll automatically get it for the lowest final price, so it's not necessary to lower any bids to $70.)
Great news. Don't miss this!
<---Missing this. Easily could have been $50...could have been $30.
I'm delighted with the projected price - $70 is 87.5% off! [Y]
At least I think it's 87.5% (maths isn't a strength). Could someone confirm if I'm correct?
If I am, perhaps it might be worthwhile starting a new thread with "87.5% OFF!!!" in the title. I'm sure it would be read by many and could well lead to more orders, which of course would drive down the final price and increase the discount even further.
No it couldn't. Or rather: It could, but only theoretically. This is rather high-ranking on the CP sorted by bestselling - to have it go for $30 you'd need more than twice the current number of bidders. Where should they come from, given the marketing and forum discussion that already have taken place? Moreover: the rather straight curve leading up to the current going price (as opposed to one showing small peaks) means that nearly all of those who bid at this product at all, bid $70 or more, i.e there is no large number of users who value this at a lower than the current price.
The equivalence of one user paying $10000 and 10000 users paying $1 does work out only if you get 10000 users to bid in the CP - we have been told in the past that there were products where every user who places bids in CP at all have bid on at the going price, and they still lingered at 20-30% of cost coverage. Catholic Encyclopedia (currently #2 bestselling) may be an example for this - and it's one of the oldest CPs in the list, too, my bid being six years old. So even if the going price is low, there is constant reiterating in the forums and you wait for looooooong, doesn't make sure that a CP really goes over at a small price.
Some other reasons to skip this. Maybe a person knows they will not agree with the instructor.
Maybe a person knows the book of Hebrews to well or doesn't care to know it that much more.
Maybe a person bought into the marketing hype about needing plutonium level resources and can't afford all that extra stuff. I am barely gold level and have not missed anything yet but then I am not a scholar. Is plutonium a level?
89.4% vs 87.5% discount does not seem to me like a reason; or maybe it is.
Nothing good in life comes easily (not sure who I am almost quoting there).
Maybe this could still hit $65.00 in the next few hours left!

I have study the letter to the Hebrews for over 10 yrs now- one of my favorites- I have found a large spectrum of explanations and applications- but there are some very good true to the point commentaries. I'll be interested in what this gentleman has to contribute.
Catholic Encyclopedia is also OLD, and some folks (wrongly, in my view) think old material is inferior. Even if it were, it is still a highly quoted resource and well worth the money. I wonder if the Verbum user base makes any efforts to promote Logos within the Catholic community?
Any way, PD is a world away from the brand spanking new mEd courses being promoted on CP. I'm 100% certain that a large segment of the Logos user base has written off mEd courses due to their (in my view, and I suspect many others as well) obscenely high prices. It takes some time for people to come around to the awareness that the prices are becoming affordable. But as I've pointed out before, the Gospel of John CP closed at $41, and there were still folks who later complained that they missed out. There ARE people out there who will buy these things at lower prices...many more than ever have a chance to participate because the game is over before they are able to play.
A better way of looking at it is on a per hour basis. Where can you go to hire a trainer or attend a class where the cost is $4.67 / hour ? I think that that is a great reason.
I examine these Mobile Ed CP's carefully when they approach $5 / hour. This one exceeds that price point. The topic is important to me and the author has good credentials. I was in well above $70.
Well I was interested to see that the Prepub is a bit higher than $70. Coming in at $339.99.$70 I can afford but not $339.9 although I am not saying that it is not worth a lot more than I will be paying.
