Bug: Lexham NT

In my library there are 2 entries for the lexham NT one is there, but one isn't. How do I fix this? I am running 4.03.3.7605 4.0c Beta 1. There is no indexing going on.
Regards,
Clinton
If I open the two resources I get the following (note that the top entry in the TOC is on the left) with the left hand one indicating an error that I can correct by clicking on update resources, but the button is greyed out.
The about for these two resources is as follows:

It looks the same in my library. In the early beta test period we got an uncomplete LEB. Now we get a complete one. Maybe the greyed out one is the old uncomplete resource still remaining in the library?

yes...it's a leftover from the old beta a while ago...

Clinton, the one on the right side is the one to keep. Drag the other one to 'Hidden Resources.'
As it has been said elsewhere, the one on the left is a left-over from the pre-release beta days and has been superseded by the one on the right.

Funny, I have the SAME issue however, I never installed the early beta on this machine. (more properly I did a full wipe and reinstall from the OS and up on this machine after L4 went gold.)
So there is something else going on methinks.
Sarcasm is my love language. Obviously I love you.

It's called "the cloud"! The only way to avoid collateral damage was to hide the obsolete resource before its licence expired on Jan 1, 2010.
