I really want this now!

Someone posted about the BHS helps pre-pub awhile back and I jumped on board but there does not seem to be any movement of late. I really want this to go into production so I propose that everyone who has placed their pre-pub order offer an extra $5 each, this just might put this title into production so we seminary students can use this before we leave school. What say you all?

It's not just seminarians who would like this sooner rather than later. I have been pre-orderd for ages. But I don't know how we can increase our bids. This isn't like Community Pricing. In PrePub there is a fixed price. Take it, or leave it. Personally, I'd go with your idea to increase if I could, but I don't see how.

OK, I took another look at this, and I'm in. I thought it was over my head when I first saw it. But A Manual of Hebrew Poetics looks really good. $74.95 is a bit pricey just for that one book (I don't think I'd use the other two), but I expect it either not to be available as a stand-alone product, or to cost about that much anyway once this gets out of pre-pub. So to help out my brothers in Christ I decided to order it now rather than later or never.

I do know some Hebrew (took one year of it), but Massorah Gedolah looked like just technicalities that were far beyond what I'd ever need. I trust the BHS has essentially the text as far as I'd want to study it, so I don't really care about the marginal notes that were instructions on how to preserve the text over time. I don't use the BHS Apparatus either. I simply don't have time to go into that much detail in my study.
