I downloaded A16a yesterday and it worked fine and then today it is re-"indexing." I have not seen a fix or answer to this. Help anyone?

You may find that it is not 're-indexing' completely but just absorbing some extra information that has been downloaded.

Thanks Mike, I want it to absorb all that it can.
In this case, it's actually a bug in the Indexer. I've logged it in our bug database.
I am not sure if I posted everything necessary on my initial plea. Here it is again. Is there something I can change to get it to stop, or do I need to uninstall it all and start over?4214.Archive.zip

It looks like you'll need to delete your "DownloadManager.db" and your "Updates.db" and let the indexer pull down all the resources again. The Windows devs have seen similar cases where the server returned invalid paths to files, and it looks like you've got several files which aren't being downloaded because of this bug.
The files are under
/Users/<your_user_id>/Library/Application Support/Logos4/Data/<some_other_user_id>/DownloadManager/DownloadManager.db
/Users/<your_user_id>/Library/Application Support/Logos4/Data/<some_other_user_id>/UpdateManager/Updates.db
Delete these files and restart Logos 4.
It will check for updates and pull down any files you're missing.
That didn't solve the problem. Any other options?
