Bidding question for Mobile Ed: NT362 Exegetical Study: Letter to the Hebrews

So this question is for Mobile Ed: NT362 Exegetical Study: Letter to the Hebrews. It says the bidding ended may 19 although it still says the bidding is open. What exactly is happening from this point. Does that mean now they produce it and when does it charge you for your bid and receive product?

It's unclear why it still says bidding is open after the close date - it does look as though people can still bid on it but I don't know how long that will be the case

What exactly is happening from this point. Does that mean now they produce it and when does it charge you for your bid and receive product?

When it closes it will move into the production queue and then become available at some stage in the future. We are charged for it when the product ships.
