Popup with "Dan 12:4" wrong text using ESV
If you put Dan 12:4 into a page it will link with Dan 12.4 in the code but putting you mouse over will show Dan 12:12 with the wrong title to it. Happens with ESV and the workaround is to use something else like Dan 12:4 (KJV) or Dan 12:4 (HCSB) after the reference.

No need. It's happening right here. Go to my first post here and wave your mouse over the refs I have embedded and you'll see it working and not working as described.

Tim, I'm unable to reproduce the behavior you are experiencing.
What browser are you using? Do you have any browser extensions installed?

Firefox, Chrome, Edge. Any of them I put this very thread into and see Dan 12:1 ESV for Dan 12:4 ESV as my screen shot shows. Are you getting ESV when you use the site here? Try Dan 12:4 ESV

Thanks Graham. I'm dumbfounded on what it can be since every browser does the same here on desktop.
I'm glad to hear it works for others which means my visitors should be fine.
