Hey, March Madness is fantastic, great deal...except the discount code doesn't work!!??? They charged me full price.
Hmm... Did you copy/paste the discount code to make sure you had no typos in it? Was this a discount code from Round 1 or Round 2? Maybe the Round 1 codes have expired already.
If you call Logos Customer Service and explain what happened, I'm sure they will credit you the difference between what you paid and what the discount price should have been.

There are 2 codes. You need to ensure that you use the correct code for your chosen resource. That said, just phone Sales on Monday and I'm sure that they'll sort it out and refund your credit card.

Gotcha. Well, I "searched" for March Madness winner, and it gave me Schaeffer's works... Duh. Well, now I see 2009 in the box, but it's pretty small! Gary
Bummer. Well, I hope you don't regret buying Schaeffer's works. If you do regret it at the price you paid, you still could get a refund. Logos is very generous with its return policy. Then you could wait until maybe the Schaeffer set goes on sale sometime. Or maybe some nice Logos sales rep will give you the discount retroactively as a credit just because you were acting in ignorance and thought it was still on sale. It's worth a shot.
