Where's the NA28 in my apparatuses?

I noticed that in the Textual Variants section of the Exegetical Guide that under Apparatuses there is no mention of the NA28 Critical Apparatus - which I have. Note in the picture below that the text I'm looking at has significant variants, and the NA28 does have a list on the verse. Any ideas why it isn't being listed?

What do you get if you run a Basic Search for the John 1:18 milestone in your NA28 apparatus as below?

Can't speak to issue ... I see NA28 apparatus in my exegetical guide for a passage.

Had to click on More, else no issue. Just giving clues.

There was a discussion about something similar at https://community.logos.com/forums/t/117495.aspx where the issue was related to having a saved Exegetical Guide for that verse.

Can you check whether you have any saved guides relating to that reference? If so, what happens if you delete it? (Check you don't need it first!)

Or try a guide on another verse and see if the apparatus appears then

Yes, I did have one. Deleting it did the trick. Why in the world would that keep the NA28 from appearing?
