Logos 4 crashes right after being opened.
The new 16a crashes right after you open it. I'd love to be able to use it, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you read the FAQ for L4 Mac? See START HERE in my signature. Item 6 contains a link to superb instructions on posting your log files to the forum. If you describe anything else you have tried and any error message and post your log files, I am sure someone will provide the assistance you need.

I was having a similar issue myself. When I did some investigating I found that I had two different Logos folders in User/Library/Application Support/. I had a Logos4 folder and a Logos5 folder. Both of them were about the same size. I experimented with which one to delete and finally figured it out. I saved myself 14GB of space too! This may or may not be the same issue, it just happened to be mine.

There isn't much information in those logs. If you don't mind, try this out:
- Manually download 16a from http://www.logos.com/logos4mac
- Move your current copy of Logos 4 to the Trash, and copy the new one in
- Run the application again.
If it still crashes, collect some new log files and post them here. If you could also post "Console Messages.log" along with the Logos4.log and Indexer.log, that would help us out quite a bit.

I am having the same problem. Either it sticks on "Preparing your library," or gets to the home page and then promptly crashes. I'm attaching my log file.
