Indicate resource incompatibility before downloading (Android)
Happily using Vyrso 5.2.1 on an Android 6.0.1 device until I downloaded an update to BKC, which gave an error when selecting it to read. The same occurred a couple of weeks ago with Vyrso 4.6.0 on an Android 4.1.2 device, but I couldn't update Vyrso nor the version of Android! So I downloaded commentaries until one could be read.
There should be a check to ensure that incompatible resources are not downloaded.
Note that I use Vyrso only as a Reader so am not fussed about updating.

Hi Dave,
Thank you for contacting us. You are running a version of Vyrso 5.2.1 (over a year old) so if you update to the current version (5.15.2) the issue will resolve itself. I hope that you find this information helpful!

It looks like you missed his point!

Yes!
I had to make do with an inferior commentary on the Android 4 device because there was no check for resource incompatibility.
