Logos 7 Continuing to Crash on My Mac

I would appreciate any help you may be able to give me to resolve a problem I have had since upgrading to Logos 7 in early March. And let me also say 'thank you' to so many of you who have contributed tips and insights into how best to use Logos over the years in these forums. I have used Logos since version 4 and have had very few if any problems until I upgraded to version 7.

I upgraded to a new Apple iMac 27 (16 GB RAM, 500 GB HD, iCore 5) yesterday and thought all the problems I was having with my MacBook Air (4 GB RAM, 256 HD) would vanish. Unfortunately the problems persist as the attach log will show.

With Logos tech support I downloaded Logos 7 'clean' yesterday. My 10,000+ books downloaded  flawlessly and it indexed without incident, which was great. However, when I started to use my standard layout it crashed, again.

Having looked over the forum messages I thought that if I started a new layout I'd avoid the problem. I built a simple English Bible layout and as I was using it, it too crashed.

I am running out of options for a solution. While tech support folks have spoken to me on many occasions (always professionally) and they have reviewed more than a half dozen of my logs -have even taken a video of my machine crashing- I am still facing crashes EVERY time I use the program. Needless to say, this makes the program basically useless.

Thanks for any help or insights you might have and share with me. Perhaps others are facing similar problems on their Mac as well.

(I can't upload the entire zip file so I have attached just two logs - ignore the identifier 'MacAirBook2' as I restored a number of apps from Time Machine, but installed Logos clean)

    William,

I'm sorry you are having trouble with Logos crashing. Can you reproduce the crash and then email the logs to testing at faithlife dot com. The team won't be able to get to this until after the weekend. Also if you get a native Apple crash please copy the text to a text document and include that in the email.

Are there any specific Bibles that are in the layout?

    Blessings,

    Philana

Thanks Philana for your reply. I sent my zipped log  files in this morning to techdogs@faithlife as directed by tech support. On my new iMac I have no Apple crash logs that accompany the Logos crash.

Bibles in the English layout included: NIV, TNIV, ESV (the layout I created), plus one WBC commentary. On my normal layout I have the same English Bibles plus NA27+ Interlinear, BDAG, BHS Apparatus and BHS:SEB2 Version and some assorted commentaries.

Plus I should mention I have my library in a floating window in list mode.
