A16a - Two Problems: Library view and downloading resources

I have Logos4 installed on two computers, a macbook pro and my office imac. I have run into two problems now:

1. My Imac won't download a resource I just purchased (Reading Romans, LT Johnson). It downoaded fine on my macbook. I did try "update now" and "update resources" without success.

2. The Library window on the Imac displays only empty rows in detailed view, while in cover view the items are all there.

In include a screenshot and logs for your perusal.

Right click in that light grey bar that runs the width of the window just above the place where you want to display the details.

From the list you get on the drop down menu select the things you really really want to see.

Sweet – problem 2 is solved. Thanks for the advice, sometimes the obvious is not so obvious to me, it seems.

Very mysteriously, problem 1 solved itself: Today it downloaded automatically and is now available.
