Touch pad interface for scripture entry on PCs, like the iPad

I would very much like to see an interface for scripture finding, like you have for the iPad, which I use as my Bible. I love Logos and make many notes and highlights in my Bible during study. This seems to be overpowering my iPad and I have gone tablet with a touch screen. Regular monitors are also widely available with touch screens and prices are coming down. I greatly miss pressing a button or the scripture box and going to the book, chapter, & verse index, and just tapping the screen, rather than opening and closing the keyboard.

I wonder what others think if this idea.
