Publishers
I'd like some opinions about various publishers, mostly about sales and discounts. I appreciate the publishers who are participating in the monthly Logos publisher's promotion. I know Logos frequently has promotions featuring different publishers, but so far this year, they're having a different one every month.
What does anyone remember about specific publishers, like they never discount (Thomas Nelson?), seldom discount (Zondervan?), or frequently discount (Lexham?). I remember Crossway had a bundle price on a bunch of pre-pub collections. And Fortress just had a big sale. What can you tell me about the others? Especially Baker? Are any of them specific to a tradition? How about quality? I've been pleased with Eerdmans and Zondervan. And then there's the issue of not allowing dynamic pricing.
