Mac Downloading Trouble?

Hi Mac folk, I was having trouble downloading resources... then I opened the (new!) preferences window and discovered that the "Use Internet" setting was set to "no," by default! (as was the "automatically download updates" radio button). When I set both of these to "yes," the updates started flying.
All seems okay now. Check those preferences.
Blessings all...

Those values are both be set to "yes" by default. Have you used the Mac version previously and possibly set them? Or have you used the Windows version and set them there?

Logos 4 Mac is my first Logos application ever. When I first bought it, about two months ago (Jan. 27), I think it was at Alpha 12 or 13... anyway, there WAS no way to set prefs at that point. Trying resulted in a "feature not implemented" message. When the feature first appeared, I think either in A15 or A16, I am pretty sure both settings ("Automatically Download Updates" and "Use Internet") were set to "No" by default. I remember thinking "how odd..."
Regardless, if I go into prefs now, and click the "Reset Defaults" button, both settings to go to "No."
