community pricing question

If someone does not own Logos and they bid on a book in community pricing, do they also get logos software with the book they bid on. I assumed yes, but I did not want to assume.

they would need a logos account before they bid. When the resource is available, they get that resource to be read in the free Logos engine.
I like Apples. Especially Honeycrisp.

I would recommend that they get Logos 3 installed and operational with the same account ID as they are using for the community pricing bids ASAP using some free books, then they can add community pricing titles as they wish later. (Then once comfortable with this try the free Logos 4 [which can be expected to seem very bare without a base package]): The following can get them started.....
